Since June 2021, I’ve harnessed these skills to empower individuals to use technology effectively at a world-class medical institution. Lead Technical Trainer– Johns Hopkins Health System- Baltimore, MD April 2023 – Present

Developed an innovative combination of documentation, live events, and asynchronous courses to provide a scalable and effective set of learning solutions for the Organizational Management Tool.
Served as a consultant, sharing my innovative training model and practices across departments.
Served as a co-committee chair to create a SharePoint site for health system managers to access HR-related information.

Senior Technical Trainer– Johns Hopkins Health System- Baltimore, MD June 2021 – April 2023

Introduced a unique, engaging training style for asynchronous courses and live sessions.
Led needs analyses and managed HR training projects using this innovative approach.
Managed the onboarding and training plan of several new employee groups in the organization’s HR systems.
